The Lawsons are a multimedia performance duo based in Amenia, NY, featuring musician, guitarist, and sound designer, Michael Lawson, and book artist Marianne R. Petit.
Combining live music, loops, animation, video art, and storytelling, The Lawsons made their debut in October 2025 at the Big Sugar Festival in Monkton, MD.
They are currently preparing for upcoming performances in 2026.
